Bulgaria

Delivery within Bulgaria is carried out within 5 working days after order acceptance.*

Greece and Romania

Delivery to Greece and Romania is carried out within 7 working days after order acceptance.*

European Union

Delivery to European Union countries is carried out within 10 working days after order acceptance.*

All other countries

Delivery to other countries is carried out within 15 working days after order acceptance.*

Bulgaria

• For orders up to 99 EUR / 193.43 BGN - the delivery price is calculated automatically upon order finalization.
• For orders over 99 EUR / 193.43 BGN - delivery is free.

Tracking a Shipment

After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a waybill number, through which you can track your shipment.

The courier company will send you an SMS notification, as well as the option to choose a convenient day and time for delivery.

The shipment can be delivered:

• to your home
• to your office
• to a Speedy or Econt office

Order Processing

*Orders are processed according to the following schedule:

• Orders placed on weekdays until 4:00 PM are processed and dispatched on the same day and usually delivered on the next working day.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed and dispatched on the next working day.
• Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or official holidays are processed on the first subsequent working day.

For settlements with a special courier company schedule, delivery is carried out according to the schedule for the respective settlement.
