IT'S EASY TO REPLACE OR RETURN

Try on your purchases in the comfort of your own home and you can exchange or return them within 14 days from the date you received them.

Tights, bikinis, thongs, boxers are not tried on due to hygiene reasons related to their nature!

Our courier will pick them up from your home or office, or from another address you specify.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Please ensure that the products are in their original retail condition - new, unused, with all designer labels still attached.

Bikinis, boxers, thongs, and swimsuits cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons related to their nature.

Opened tights are not returnable!

The presence of signs of wear on the products is a reason for refusing the return or exchange, and this also includes traces of makeup, fragrances, perfume or deodorant.

OPTION "VIEW AND RETURN OF TORQUE"

The option allows you to open your order for review by a courier company employee, and decide whether to accept or reject it,

but without trying the products due to hygiene considerations related to their nature.

14-DAY RETURN OPTION

After accepting the order, you can return products that have not been worn or have intact packaging and labels within 14 days.

In these cases, the return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

REPLACEMENT OPTION

Exchanges can be made for the same item, a different size, or other items from the site.

If you would like us to refund the amount, this can be done to a bank account that you provide us with.

Please make sure you respect the return period - 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

Returns of products after the 14-day period may be accepted on an exceptional basis, at the discretion of myladiva.com.

Returns and exchanges that do not meet the rules will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

REFUND

The refund for returned products will be made to your bank account within 14 days after receiving the returned products. Please complete and submit the return or exchange form by adding your bank account. As a standard, if the returned products meet our return policy, we will transfer the money to the provided bank account within 2 business days after receiving the products.

In case the payment was made with a bank card, the refund is made by ordering a reverse transaction on the card with which the payment was made, within a period of up to 7 days.

DELIVERY IN CASE OF RETURN OR EXCHANGE

You have the option to return a product within 14 days of receiving it. In this case, the cost of shipping to the myladiva.com office is at your expense.

The courier service in case of exchange is at the customer's expense.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • Log in to your account and search My Orders for the order number and product code you wish to return or exchange.
  • Please fill in the order number and product code in the return/exchange form and submit.
  • Request a courier at 0 7001 7001 and specify the day and location of receiving the products for exchange/return.
  • Our staff will contact you if you missed any details.
